GEEKY CONTINUUM

9/17/2008 06:07:00 PM Last Saturday, i attended Bernard & his future wife to be, Raji's Betrothal (new word for me!! go find out if you have no clue!) at Adam's Rd. It was my very first time attending a non-malay/non-muslim wedding and i was invited to come to celebrate and to assist them in capturing their once in their life time moment with my camera. It was a time to celebrate and to gather both families to witness a great occasion for 2 loving people to come together and announcing their love for each other.

Since i was the photographer, i had to sit right at the front near to the podium. The whole procession began in Tamil and i was abit lost cos i had no clue how everything goes and i had no idea what everyone was saying. Soon enough it was English all the way and the whole procession was pretty long ..i had to admit but the 45 minutes advice given by the pastor to the couple was quite good though and i really like it....hmmm might be needing it soon enough... :P

Anyway, i think im growing my skill in wedding photography, though im still a newbie and lack of many basic equipments but i think i can do it as a hobby or a side career. It was such a great night getting to see new things and meet new people. Both Bernard and Raji are pretty cute together and they balance each other well and the best thing is both of them LOVES the camera which makes my job much easier for their wedding day! weeee!!

FYI: I have two more weddings to attend to this coming weeks ....oh my gosh i feel so old.....anyway if you're wondering why Barney is inside....its because everyone in the picture are his cliques and now they are mine :D more friends for me :)

PS: I had fever the next day but now im feeling better...thank for those who were concern for me!
