---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I went for the NS medical check up at CMPB today, my appointment was at 8.30, i came at 8.10 and there was already a super long queue...........arrrrhhh!! Even at the registration i was stuck for almost 20 minutes. But thank god the other stations was rather quick and surprisingly section 6 which known to be the slowest was rather quick. I seriously have no idea where my mind went today... During the lab section whereby they need to draw blood sample, i was told to put on pressure for 5 minutes on the bandage so as to stop the bleeding and proceed to the next station but i forgot to do so and when i was at the dental station my bandage was completely FILLED with blood and luckily it didn't drip......lol.....so embarrasing...i had to run back to the lab section and get another bandage...and even got a little lecture from the nurse there....."Now you know what happen if you don't apply pressure..." .......grrr..........SMART ASS!....and it didn't end there......when i went back to dental, the nurse and doctor there are laughing at me.......arrr.....and said "Do you have bleeding issue or something?" and i said "No, i forgotten to apply pressure.." and he said "That really happened or do they make you think so?" .....lol.....i guess they have internal department issues....lol.... Another flop that happened was in section 6....ok seriously the people there need to stop mumbling....cause i have no clue what they are saying.....so when i entered, i straight away go to the locker room without knowing that you need to sign in for a key......i being my blur self went around the locker to look for an empty one to stuff my things but couldn't find any until a kind person told me to register myself to get a key. Then on after reading the instruction which said.."Take off your shirt, socks and shoes and store it in the locker. Then proceed to ECG" .....okay at this point of time i thought i've read and understood everything but when i entered the next station, the guys there laughed at me and told me i forgotten to take off my shoes and socks......i look like a doofus.....wearing a shorts with socks and shoes.......arrrrr......luckily they informed me before the officer saw it......it would be double the embarrassment!! In the ECG room they took my heart rate and after awhile they found something odd with my heart rate......it was beating too fast.....and they told me to close my eyes and relax. Well, i did and when the officer came back to check on it, it was still too fast. It was 120 bpm and that qualify as minor tachycardia....and i was questioned by the doctor.....and was told to come again another week for a second check........WTH!!! ......and also because i have back problem ....they sent me for X-rays.....today i took a total of 5 x-rays.......lol ......i think thats a little much for anyone.....im so gonna be radioactive......beware.....i might be an INCREDIBLE GEEKY HULK...haha For the IQ test, i just did the best i could.....at times i just entered random answers cause i was too tired and hungry.....imagine having to wait almost 1 hour outside the room and sitting on a most uncomfortable chair with my back already killing me......arrr!! .....who wouldn't be tired and cranky! I left the place at 2 and thats 5 1/2 hours of test after test.......sooooooo.....tiring! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY FOR TODAY:
