GEEKY CONTINUUM

8/22/2007 08:49:00 PM Woke up real early today and had to rush to Bishan to meet the rest of my FYP team-mates for tennis and outings. I can't believe i was the earliest to reached Bishan cause i thought i would be the last one. I was pretty much blur when i reached Bishan as i rarely go there. Went to 7-11 and bought a drink while standing at the bus station waiting for the rest to come...... exactly 30 mins of waiting.

Once everyone came, we took bus 410 which takes a bloody long journey to reached jx house at Thomson. We quickly changed and started to hit some balls. My serving were kinda awkward cose im so used to playing badminton and hitting the shuttlecock at full strength but on tennis, too much strength on the ball will cause it to fly off the court...hahahaha

Anyway, im getting pretty hang of it. Kinda addicted to tennis cose its not as tiring as badminton and hearing the ball getting hit makes the sensation even better. Too bad aisyah couldn't come, cose if she's there, at least she can give us some tips and i can have 1 on 1 competition....hahaha. But we had fun.....each one of us kept hitting the ball off court and we had to rush and retrieve it back since Jx charges each one of us $2, for a missing ball....hahahaha....bloody bugger.

After tennis, we showered and changed to something more fresher. Esther was afraid to shower alone cose the toilet was kinda big and creepy, but we told her to just scream if anything happen and i will be the first to run..........run away from the toilet....not to save her....hahaha. Esther took bloody long time to shower and we had to wait for her to finish. Once done, we took 166 to City hall to have our Lunch+Dinner at Seoul garden.

Seoul garden was even more fun as the staff there were friendly and cheerful. We ate TONS of meat. Jx ate the most meat. He practically stuffed his face with beefs while the rest ate mostly chicken. He said this is the only time he could eat all the beef in the world due to his religious belief and family restriction in having beef at home. I told him that he's gonna have a big constipation tomorrow from all that beef. Anyway, we played around, laughing at jokes and kept disturbing esther....hahahaha. My main motive for seoul garden was mainly the sushi...but when we asked the staff when are they gonna serve the sushi, they said its only for dinner paying customers. But one of the staff kindly sneaked some sushi to our table......cool rite?! hahaha. We tried to stuff a spoonful of wasabi onto Aloy's salmon sushi but he knew abt it....darn!! we wanted to see him taste the wasabi and suffer from all that spiciness!!

Done with eating, we hit some bowling pins at the bowling centre. Its was very crowded due to some company event. I saw some very familiar faces until i read their names from their screen and realise that they were from Cnet Asia (A very reputable IT website: www.Cnetasia.com) Woooah cool lar....i always watched their video reviews and now i saw them in real life......hahaha im a IT groupie. I wanted to ask them if they really are but jx say don't.

I didn't score well during bowling cose i had blister on my thumb from holding the tennis racquet. It hurt real bad and my game sucks. I went from First to Last (exceptional for esther). We had to end the outing real early as esther needed to rush home. I can't wait for the next outing!!
