Sigh....
I went to to have my medical checkup done by NKF in school
They did Body Mass Index, Waist hip ratio, Body Fat Analysis, Blood pressure, Urinalysis and Random Blood Total cholesterol.
My result weren't that good......arrrrrr!!!
I think if i were to grade my result it would probably be a C.
Sian ar......now i must change my diet and stuff......
hmmm....maybe i should bring an apple a day to school for lunch or breakfast....
PS: I would recommend anyone to take the test cause you may never know how your body is performing. You may be skinny and stuff but that doesn't say anything on the inside.
