Anyway THNX for telling me even if its the last minute. Showered really quick and get my gears up and dash to West Coast Park which is like 5 mins from my house. 6.40 and its still dark here....i like!! Ran my hearts out like i never did and i was surprised that i wasn't panting and i was much relaxed....hmm....i guess im still in a good shape.... For the first time im without my ipod and only equipped with a radio listening to class 95....i kinda enjoy Flying dutchman and glenn talking .....quite funny though .. After the run, did some sit ups, push ups and pull ups and now feeling damn good! hehehee I even climbed the pyramid to look at the view and it was quite nice .....wee!! Im watching the GRAMMY while the rest of my class are having Digital electronics module !! bluek!!!  Stupid sign!!....So u can't take a bird and horn to girls or whoever just like the Flintstones did? hahaha Ahhh.....the warm morning view from the park..Made to fit by: geek!
