Friday, June 16, 2006 Day 2 & 3 of Weblog summercamp
Day 2 It began with a workshop on photography and they had to take a picture of themself & their team and photoshopped their team picture. Thank god my team won and it was nicely done by them. After their breakfast, we played the maths game which i forgot what it was called. It was fun and chocolate boy really shocked me with his mathematical abilities. With extra time to spare, we played dog and bone and i joined the opponent team which made some of my team-members calling me traitor....hahahaha aiya....only games mah!....but it was awsomely fun! During lunch, we had Chocolate brownie with ice cream and Ice tea which i thought was a so so food. We then proceeded to play the thousand caterpillar leg and floating ballon game. I think they really enjoyed the thousand caterpillar leg game and eventually won because of the team effort that they put it which i thought was amazing since they only met each other the day before. For the floating balloon we didn't do it well as our solution wasn't the best and practical but managed to get it float by using the other team's idea...hehehehe  My team! Yam.....SENG! What happened to Ariel face?!?!Day 3 Today is the last day of the summercamp for us and them and honestly all of us didn't want the camp to end. I'm really glad that i came today cose i didn't want to as i was rather tired from yesterday's hectic games. I got a new team members today and from what i heard from Salbiah, the Girls wanted Sam as their leader and the Guys wanted me to be their leader...hahaha i guess im one of them now. Anyways many of my new members compromise of people from my day 1 team which rox! But today weren't as bad, as they made me really happy by making the cutest flash animation and winning the 'Finding Nemo' game waaaay ahead of the rest of the other teams. I am truly PROUD of their acheivement and hence they got treats from me.....a bottle of softdrink for everyone!! To cut the story short.....we headed back to the hall and had the CS-LAN war game while some were playing, the rest watched Scary Movie 4 and they laughed really loud which i didn't expect from them. After that they headed down to the lawn to play Dog&Waterbomb, i was the in-charge of that game and i almost lost my voice shouting the numbers. Many tried to waterbomb me but luckily they didn't as i was carrying the club's camera and my handphone. But in the end some of them managed to get me wet and i didn't have extra pants.....crap! I was given the last water bomb and i wanted to bomb this one "Particular" gal...hehehehe....but could'nt as edmund burst my bomb.....sigh....it could have been the best video ever! Before we officially end the camp, we gave out prizes to some of the campers for their participation and creativity which was truly voted by the committee members. Next, we showed them the camp video which Sam and i did separately and im quite excited as i slept at 1am yesterday nite just to put in all the pictures and think of a good stuff to add in. My hardwork paid off really well as many of them really enjoy watching everyone making a fool of themself on the screen...hehehehe. Finally we ended the whole thing with a group photos and off they go......... .....sigh.......im really going to miss their crazy antics and silly questions, i hope that they honestly had a great time just as much as we did. We hope that you guys will remember us and join us for our next events....*hint* Haloween *hint* who know we might meet again and this this time it's going to be much better! To IFA, On behalf of all the team leaders, we would like to thank you from the bottom of our heart for that nice gift and that truly custom made message card. Jason, Janice's Bro, Myself, Janice and Rachael Jason's idea of taking a picture with a plant...Debrief After all the Jr. bloggers have left, it's our turn to be debrief and share our feedback about the camp. All of us thought that it would be better if it was an overnite camp as we get to bond more with the Jr. bloggers...hmmm maybe in the next camp. From all the feedback collected from salbiah, she said that many were happy about it and Jason got criticise for leaving the team....but it's okay....everyone made mistake. All of us then hand over our name tags and take a couple of snapshots before we left and enjoy our last 2 days of holiday before our school term begin and bombarded with Tests.
