GEEKY CONTINUUM

4/13/2005 08:23:00 PM Well today i had my first day of my freshmen orientation programme at RP and the whole 1 1/2 hr of briefing driving me nutz, the chair was uncomfortable and my butt kept sleeping......argh....but overall the Problem Based Learning was quite fun. We had to be in a group of five and build a vehicle out of cardboard and vanguard sheet and fill them with marbles and make it travel downhill from a height of 35cm to a given distance of 97cm. The team's vehicle which travel closest to required distance with most marbles win. Well my team had the most original design but we got forth place with a distance of 77cm using 70marbles....heheheh we used the most marbles in the class .... :D......one word.....KIASU!! hehehehe. Everything was fun and great and i cannot wait for the sch term to begin. After the FOP , i went to have my hair cut , cose it was getting too long to maintain and too much hair falling ...hehehe....and now MY HAIR IS SUPERSHORT.....ahhhhhhhh!!!! after that i went to the optician to buy a new spec...cose the current one, im gonna use it for sports activity.....not too happy abt the price ($160...yikes :!) but overall it cost less than buying a monthly contact lense and im too lazy to do the contact lense routine aniways .....argh...

Spent too much this month.....have to cut back on expenses drastically :S
