After a looooooooong bbq yesterday, me and my family went home at 3am...woah....super sleepy and super fatty....hehehehe. Ate so much that i flactuate 2kg hahahaha , im guilty! Hmmm...the whole day at West Coast Park all i did was Run here and there play some games then eat, then play some more and eat , then play some more and eat.....u get the pattern, no wonder flactuate so much hahaha now must excercise liao.
