Opps sorry for the very long unupdated page :P
Been so busy after my attachment are over, i practically getting back to my normal excercise routine but trying to pick up where i left em. I continue my usual cycling and swimming routine alone ...haiz....no motivational support.....my frens are all so lazy...hehehe ....i think i'll just rot at home tis month and maybe think what am i gonna do for my 3 months break...hehehehe yay! long holidays :D
